Hansen Family Music Excellence Scholarship

By the Deadline Date on the Application Information Form, the Applicant must complete the following:

• Identify a HCHS Music Department Faculty Member who will submit an online Assessment of the Applicant (ONLY a blank form is downloadable for Applicant knowledge).


• Initiate their online Application by clicking a BEGIN APPLICATION link on this website, and then Complete & Submit the (downloadable solely for preparation).


• Prepare & Submit a required one-page personal essay (the "Essay") (see ESSAY NEEDS).


• Submit any optional supplementary materials (see SUPPLEMENT NEEDS).

Successful candidates are asked to email their Headshot Photo (.jpeg format) for use by the Fund, limited to providing information to future Applicants. We try to inform Applicants of their Application status (receipts & "COMPLETE" status) via email notifications. Please be patient.
